If you've just registered, this video will give an overview of your general Agent Response settings.

 


Once you’ve created your account, you should be taken to the dashboard. We’re going to take a look through your account settings. By clicking where it says your name in the top right you can get to Your Settings.

Your Settings

In your settings, on the right hand side, you will have options for:

Profile

The information you change and update in your profile is:
  • Upload a photo
  • Name
  • Email address

Company Accounts

This will have the team that you are part of. Clicking on the team settings cog will take you to the teams settings. (More on this below).

Security

Allows you to update your password.

API

Allows you to connect using the Agent Response API.

Company Account Settings

Your company account settings let you manage your account membership and subscription, in here you will find:

Company account profile

You can update the company account profile with:

  • Upload photo
  • Name of account

Membership

Let's you manage the users in the account. You can see active account members and pending invites.

You can invite new users via email and assign them one of the roles below:

  • Owner - is the account owner and can control everything in your account.
  • Administrator - can do most things except handle your team subscription and export contact data.
  • Manager - can do the same as the administrator except it can't add team members or export contact data.
  • Staff - can view most pages but cannot update or create office portals or phone numbers.

Subscription

Manage your subscription and change packages.

Usage

Your usage of resources for the current billing period. This is split into - emails, phone numbers and calls received.

Payment method

Here you can update the company. VAT ID, add a new payment method and redeem coupon.

Invoices

A text box that lets you add extra billing information that will appear on all of your receipts, and is a great place to add your full business name, VAT number, or address of record. Do not include any confidential or financial information such as credit card numbers.
