If you've just registered, this video will give an overview of your general Agent Response settings.
Once you’ve created your account, you should be taken to the dashboard. We’re going to take a look through your account settings. By clicking where it says your name in the top right you can get to Your Settings. Your SettingsIn your settings, on the right hand side, you will have options for: ProfileThe information you change and update in your profile is:
Company AccountsThis will have the team that you are part of. Clicking on the team settings cog will take you to the teams settings. (More on this below). SecurityAllows you to update your password. APIAllows you to connect using the Agent Response API. Company Account SettingsYour company account settings let you manage your account membership and subscription, in here you will find:Company account profileYou can update the company account profile with:
MembershipLet's you manage the users in the account. You can see active account members and pending invites. You can invite new users via email and assign them one of the roles below:
View the table below for a full list of permissions. SubscriptionManage your subscription and change packages. UsageYour usage of resources for the current billing period. This is split into - emails, phone numbers and calls received. Payment methodHere you can update the company. VAT ID, add a new payment method and redeem coupon. InvoicesA text box that lets you add extra billing information that will appear on all of your receipts, and is a great place to add your full business name, VAT number, or address of record. Do not include any confidential or financial information such as credit card numbers. You will also find a list of your invoices for each month as pdf’s that can be downloaded from here |
