I've stopped receiving emails from Agent Response, what should I do?

Firstly to check that a lead has been sent, post a test lead through your portal on one of your listed properties.  If you don't receive an email (to you as the Agent), then do the following:

 

  1. Check your SPAM folder; if you have an IT department who look after your email, check with them that emails sent from noreply@send.agentresponse.co.uk are not being blocked.
  2. Check your office email address is correct in your Agent Response account.
  3. Check that your channels are 'switched on'.
  4. Check you have not used your resources for the current month, you can find out more here.
  5. If all the above is correct, please email use at team@agentresponse.co.uk to investigate further.
