The notifications refers to the emails that the portals send you when someone contacts you through them. This then triggers the Agent Response system to send a follow up email with a link to the lead form. Switching on/off notificationsIn Agent Response, you can change whether you want to receive the notifications for each portal. By default, these are all switched on.
You can toggle these from your account by going into the office. Here you will be able to see all of the channels that are available, you can toggle the notifications ON/OFF on a per channel basis by simply clicking on 'Notifications'.
A message will pop up to confirm the change.
If you want to receive the notifications, turn this ON. |
