This page explains how to connect and integrate your website leads to Agent Response. There are 3 different options:

  • Website Mail Integration - Your website can send emails to our system
  • Direct Link A website link to your form.
  • API - Direct connection between our system and ours

Website Mail Integration

For this option, your website just needs to send an email to our Agent Response system  The email needs to be in the correct format.
Instructions on the formatting is detailed in your email channel 'Website Mail'

To integrate website enquiries to your Agent Response workflow, please ask your website developer to send enquiries in the following format:

1. Set the subject to Website Mail Enquiry

2. Set the plain text mail body to the following template

Email: f.bloggs@example.org
Telephone: 0123456789
Name: Fred Bloggs
Enquiry Type: Letting
Property Type: residential
Message: Hi, this is an example message
Address: 123 High Street,
Telford
TFX XYZ

The order matters; reordering can result in parse failures. Message and Address can be multiline.

3. Enquiry Type - This sets the type of email we will receive and how the system responds to it. This should only be set to one of the following: Letting/Sale/Valuation/General.

Direct Link

This is one of the simplest ways to integrate with Agent Response. From the Form Builder, you can copy the link to the required form. You would add this link to your website, so when someone wishes to e.g. make an offer, they click on the link on your website, which takes them to the Agent Response form.

API

This is a more technical connection, and we'd recommend your website developer gets involved. We have integration instructions available here: https://agentresponse.app/api-docs/
