An office in Agent Response is best seen like a branch or a department, which are used to manage the different enquiries. For example, someone looking to view a rental property will have a different form questionnaire sent to them than someone looking to view a Sales property. You may also want their enquiries to go to different people or departments in your agency and even what responses leads are sent after their initial enquiry.
To navigate to your offices, you will need to go to Settings in the top menu, then Offices in the left menu.
When you create an account, by default, there will be a Lettings and Sales office. The table they are shown in has a number of columns;
The Email Address will list a special Agent Response email, you will need to ask the portals you use to start sending your Lettings or Sales emails (depending on the office type), to this email for our system to start processing. Clicking on the email address should bring up an example email you can send.
Editing an officeIf you need to edit an office, such as changing the email address that leads are sent to, click the ellipses in the Action column by the office you want to update, then go to Edit Office.
Creating an officeIf you need to set up more offices/branches, you will need to create separate offices for managing Sales and Letting leads. This will let you customise the lead’s journey, based on the type of enquiry they are making and let you send these enquiries to the appropriate department.If you have multiple branches you need to create, you will need to create a separate office for each branch and department, for example;
To start the process, use the black button Create New Office, just above the office table
Office settingsWhether you you are creating a new office, or editing an existing one. The office settings below will be seen in the General tab.
Once you are done, Save on the bottom right, there should be a green notification near the top of the page to confirm the changes have gone through. |
