Weekly/Monthly Performance Emails

The Agent Response system sends statistics emails to both users and office’s/branches. These emails contain an overview of the office performance. The weekly email is sent every Monday morning and covers the previous week (Monday to Sunday). The Monthly email is sent on the 1st of the month and covers the previous month. If for any reason you would prefer not to receive these emails - you can unsubscribe from users emails in your profile by going to the top right menu and Your Settings and under Email Statistics unticking the boxes. The office emails can be stopped by accessing the Office > Edit and unticking the stats boxes at the bottom. You can choose to just stop e.g. weekly or monthly emails. Sales

Total sales leads

 

The total number of leads received. This is calculated based on the number of people who have contacted you via email.

Forms filled out

 

The number of forms that have been completed, as well as the percentage of forms completed. The percentage is based on the Number of Forms Completed / Total Sales leads * 100.

Office leaderboard

 

This shows a breakdown of how each office you have created in Agent is performing.

 

Leads - The number of email leads for the period.

Forms - The number of pre-qualification forms completed for the period.

Conv. - The rate at which forms have been completed, Number of Forms Completed / Total Sales leads * 100

Opportunities value - The total value opportunities for the period. This is based on the answers applicants give to specific questions in the forms. This figure is based on estimated average fees estate agents can earn from these lead types (solicitors £250, mortgages £250, landlord £50).

 

Opportunities

 

Need solicitors - This figure is based on the estimated average fee of £250 that estate agents can earn from solicitors referrals.

Need a mortgage - This figure is based on the estimated average fee of £250 that estate agents can earn from mortgage referrals.

Were a landlord - This figure is based on the estimated average fee of £50 that estate agents can earn from identifying a landlord.

In potential opportunities - This figure is based on estimated average fees estate agents can earn from these lead types (solicitors £250, mortgages £250, landlord £50).

This is the number of Call Responses that have been accepted/approved by your office.

Lettings

Hours saved

 

For this period the number of hours saved from Agent Response pre-filtering your letting leads. This figure is calculated based on the estimated average of a non-suitable lead taking an average of 5 minutes to investigate and respond.

Total hours saved

 

From the beginning of the year, the number of hours saved from Agent Response pre-filtering your letting leads. This figure is calculated based on the estimated average of a non-suitable lead taking an average of 5 minutes to investigate and respond.

Total lettings leads

 

The total number of leads received. This is calculated based on the number of people who have contacted you via phone and email.

Forms filled out

 

The number of forms that have been completed, and also the percentage of forms completed, based on the number of Number of Forms Completed / Total Lettings leads * 100.

Total phone leads

 

 

The total number of leads received. This is calculated based on the number of people who have contacted you via phone.

Total email leads

 

The total number of leads received. This is calculated based on the number of people who have contacted you via email.

This shows a breakdown of how each office you have created in Agent is performing.

Would move ASAP - The number of people who answered that they wanted to move as soon as possible on the Agent Response pre-qualification letting form.

Had CCJ’s - The number of people who answered that they had CCJ’s on the Agent Response pre-qualification letting form.
