When a potential lead receives your SMS with a link to the form, you can personalise the SMS ID sender name. This can help increase open rates, reinforce your brand and improve message delivery.
The SMS IDs can be up to 11 characters and must contain at least one letter. You can use the following characters:
- Upper-case letters A - Z
- Lower-case letters a - z
- Numbers 0 - 9
- Spaces
- -
- _
- &
Before the SMS ID is verified, it will be reviewed by the Agent Response team to ensure it complies with our guidelines, this can take up to 2 business days. Before it is approved, the phone number will work, but will show the phone number, as the SMS ID.
We reserve the right to reject any SMS ID's that are;
- Lude or offensive
- Impersonate another person or business
In the case that your SMS ID is rejected, we will email you to let you know, so you can provide an alternative.
