Creating new portal enquiries with Zapier is a convenient way to add your leads from your website. You will need the following:
Getting a API token and optional Office ID Log into your Agent Response account and go to the API section in the Settings. Create a new token and give it a name such as 'Zapier integration'. Make sure to copy it somewhere safe as it will not be shown again. If you have multiple offices and you only wish to import a specific office into Mailchimp, find the relavent Office ID on the same page and make a note of it.
Creating the Zap
In Zapier, create a new zap, and choose 'Webhooks by Zapier' and the 'catch hook' trigger event.
You'll be asked to send a test request to us, we recommend a POST request with the following information: office_id, email, enquiry_type (Letting, Sale, General), name (Lead name), telephone (Lead telephone), property_address, message (the lead's custom message).
To test this you can use an app such as Postman, but you will most likely need your website developer(s) to integrate it for you.
After continuing to the next step, search for Agent Response and choose 'Create Enquiry'
You'll be asked to enter your Agent Response API token, which you can find in your Agent Response account in the above instructions (See Getting a API token and optional Office ID)
Next you need to match up the data from your initial request to the Agent Response request
Once this is done you'll need to hook up the new Zapier request in your website which may require assistance from your website developer.
