How to add a custom form

If you've requested a custom form from our team, we'll supply you with a unique link to add into your Agent Response account. Using this special link, means we can automatically pass prefilled form details.
Your new link will look something like - https://app.agentresponse.co.uk/enquire/(unique-code)
You will need to update your email channels and if you are using the phone system, your phone channels. Update email channelsWhen logged into your dashboard > select/view an office then choose the channel you'd like to use the new form.
You'll need to edit that channel by clicking the edit icon.
Once in your channel, (if it's not already off) you will need to switch off the 'Default Agent Response form' and add the below link to the 'Custom Lead Response Button Link' field. It will look something like:
When you've added it to one channel, save and send yourself an email preview to change the link etc.
Once happy, add the same link to the other channels you'd like to use the form on. Update phone channelsWhen logged into your dashboard > select/view an office then choose the channel you'd like to use the new form.
From the top menu, select Phone to see the phone channels.
Here you can see your phone numbers. To edit, click the eye symbol, the Edit Details button.
