We'll show you how to add Channels into an office.  A channel is how you handle enquiries. You can add as many as you need for each office. 

For example, if you list rental properties on Right Move. You'll want to set up a 'Letting' channel with a portal of 'Right Move'. You can customise how to respond back to your enquiries by setting a response and an action link.

Add a new Channel

From your Agent Response dashboard, click into one of your offices. On the right hand side, there is an ‘Add’ button, this will allow you to add new channels to that office.

 

 

From the top dropdowns; 

  • Portal - The portal you want the channel to be set up for.
  • Type - This will be the type of Lead that will be processed.
  • Property Type - Whether the leads will be Commercial or Residential.

 

 

Next, you will have the toggle switches;

  • Notifications - Receive the initial portal enquiry to your inbox.
  • Customer email - After a lead contacts you through the portal, the Agent Response lead form will be sent to them.
  • Reminder after 24 hours - The system will send a reminder email with the form, if it is not completed within the first 24 hours.

 


 

Then at the bottom you will have;

 

  • Lead Response Text - lets you update the content of the email sent to the lead with the lead form.
  • Form Type - This dropdown lets you choose the lead form that will be sent. We recommend using one of the forms listed under Default, based on the Type of lead and the Property Type.
  • Lead Response Footer - This will be the text at the footer of the email. You will normally put your agency name here.

 

 

Once completed, hit one of the Save buttons to add the channel.
