We'll show you how to add Channels into an office. A channel is how you handle enquiries. You can add as many as you need for each office. Add a new ChannelFrom your Agent Response dashboard, click into one of your offices. On the right hand side, there is an ‘Add’ button, this will allow you to add new channels to that office.
From the top dropdowns;
Next, you will have the toggle switches;
Then at the bottom you will have;
Once completed, hit one of the Save buttons to add the channel. |
